When can I expect to be paid? |

Each Affiliate who generates an amount greater than USD$150.00 in a Calendar Month will be sent a check for payment of commissions due to the Affiliate (less any taxes required to be withheld under applicable law, any Chargebacks, or any other refunds that occur. Payment will be sent to the Affiliate, along with an Affiliate Report, within approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of the applicable Calendar Month, using the company information provided on the Affiliate's application form. |

Can I view my progress or account details on your web site? |

Affiliates will be able to access details of their account on our Web Affiliate Program site once they generate and maintain a predetermined level of revenue per Calendar Month. Affiliates will be notified via email when they reach this status. |

What is the process or procedure if I have questions or issues regarding my payouts or commissions? |

If you have any questions please contact us immediately. Our business has been built by word of mouth and we want to actively support your promotion of our Web Affiliate Program to others. |

What if I decide to terminate my participation in the Web Affiliate Program? |

Please first review the termination clause in the Web Affiliate Program Agreement, and then use our contact us form to notify us that you wish to remove yourself from the Web Affiliate Program. As it is a top priority for us to retain the highest possible level of satisfaction from every Affiliate participating in the Web Affiliate Program, please also provide us with a few sentences of explanation as to why you're terminating your participation in the Web Affiliate Program. |

Can I negotiate for a higher commission? |

As our Web Affiliate Program is unique and demand is very high for our Brands, negotiation for higher commissions is rare, but might be considered for high revenue generating Affiliates. Please contact us and we will review your performance. |

Your banner ads are good but I think I can redesign them to get better clickthrough rates. Can I do this? |

The marketing materials we make available to our Affiliates have been developed to meet our high standards for Brand equity and messaging, so changes to our marketing materials by an Affiliate is strictly prohibited without our prior written approval. If you feel the marketing materials could be improved, or you have comments on how to make our Brands more attractive on your web site, we do welcome them at any time.
