Sample Reports
An Affiliate who generates an amount greater than USD$150.00 in a Calendar Month will be sent a check for payment of commissions (less any taxes required to be withheld under applicable law, or any other refunds that occur within the first fifteen (15) days of each Calendar Month). Payment will be sent to the Affiliate, along with an Affiliate Report, within approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of the applicable Calendar Month, using the company information provided on the Affiliate's application form.
