LIVELINKS^® PROMOTIONAL MINUTES CONTEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. OPEN TO FEMALE LEGAL CANADIAN RESIDENTS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA AND SASKATCHEWAN WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF OCTOBER 6TH, 2008 AND WHO ARE USERS OF LIVELINKS. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, AND SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, MUNICIPAL, AND LOCAL LAWS.

1. SPONSORS/ADMINISTRATOR:
   The sponsor of this promotion is Teligence (Canada) Ltd., with a mailing address of 1045 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. V6Z 2A9 ("Teligence").
2. CONTEST PERIOD:
   The Contest will start at or around 9:01 AM (PT) on October 6th, 2008, and end at 9:00 AM (PT) on November 3rd, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). One winner will be chosen by Teligence every two weeks of the Contest Period (specifically, on Monday October 20th and Monday November 3rd) at approximately 9:01 AM (PT). All decisions and selections made by Teligence are final on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of Teligence and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
   Female users of Livelinks who has an active free membership with Livelinks (i.e. a membership which has been used within the last 30 days) will be eligible to participate in the Contest during the Contest Period. The winner will be the eligible participant who has spent the most time using the Livelinks service during the two week period ending at 9:00 AM (PT) of (i) Monday October 20th, or (ii) Monday November 3rd, respectively, as determined solely by Teligence. Each winner will only be notified of her win if she calls into the Livelinks system after the winner has been determined by Teligence on October 20th or November 3rd, respectively, and will be asked to contact Livelinks customer service agents to claim the prize. Livelinks will not notify the winners in any other way. Each person is limited to one (1) Contest entry during the Contest Period.
4. PRIZES:
   During the Contest Period, one (1) winner will be selected every two weeks by Teligence to win a one hundred dollar gift card (CDN$100.00) from M A C (cosmetic store). All winners are responsible for all other expenses not listed as being awarded herein. All federal, provincial, and local taxes on all prizes are the winner?s sole responsibility. Details of all prizes are at Teligence's sole discretion. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except by Teligence. Teligence reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of comparable value for any reason. All winners of any prizes during the course of the Contest will be required to provide government issued photo ID as part of their eligibility to collect prizes. Failure to comply with this request will result in disqualification from collecting any prizes. Prizes cannot be refunded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. Teligence assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
5. GENERAL RULES:
   Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received. No responsibility is assumed by Teligence for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. Teligence reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or extend the Contest if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Contest. Participants are responsible for calling into the Livelinks system to check whether they have won the prizes, and for contacting Teligence to claim their prize prior to the end of the Contest Period (November 3rd,2008). If a winner does not claim her prize prior to the end of the Contest Period, she will forfeit and lose the prize.
6. ELIGIBILITY:
   The Contest is open to legal Canadian residents of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of October 6th, 2008, and who are Free Female Members of Livelinks. Free Female Members can participate in this contest in conjunction with any other current Livelinks contests (including the "Livelinks Promotional Sign Up Contest"). Employees and their families of Teligence and its affiliated companies are not eligible.

Each week's winner will only be notified of her win if she calls into the Livelinks system after the draw, and will be asked to contact Livelinks customer service agents to claim the prize. Livelinks will not notify the winners in any other way. Each person is limited to one (1) Contest entry and is only eligible for one draw during the Contest Period.
