When you receive a message from someone who interests you—and we know you will—you can instantly exchange private messages with them, just like sending a voicemail that they’ll hear right away. When you’re ready, send a connection request to connect with them live in a private conversation.

Time isn’t deducted until after you’ve recorded your greeting, when you begin to listen to greetings from other callers. From then, time is deducted from your membership on a per-minute basis. Memberships that are unused for a period of 30 days will be charged a 10-minute maintenance fee. Memberships that go unused for a period of three months will be deactivated without refund.

When you use a credit card to place your order online or on the phone, the vendor shows as TELMSGSER on your credit card statement:

If someone calls this number to verify charges, they will be asked to provide personal information to confirm that the caller is the actual Livelinks member.

Charges will not appear on your home phone bill unless you call using one of our 1.900 numbers. However, if you dial a Livelinks number from outside its local calling area, long distance charges may apply.

Your local telephone company handles the billing for the 1.900 number you have called. Charges will appear in a separate section of your regular phone bill under the vendor name BMI.

You will receive a confirmation email with your transaction details for every online purchase. Your order history is also available from your online account. If you are a new member purchasing online, you’ll receive two emails: one containing your membership information, and the other containing your transaction details.

To access your Livelinks account on-line you must first create an on-line Web Account.

Members that have purchased packages on-line can login here with the information that was sent in the “Sign Up Confirmation” email.

Members that purchased their packages over the phone must sign-up for an on-line Web Account. Signing up is free and gives you access to exclusive on-line content, deals and promotions. You will need to have your Area Code, Membership Number and Passcode handy and provide us with a valid email address to associate with your account. Enter a password that is unique and something that you can easily remember.

Once you have completed this sign-up process you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link to verify your account and enter your email and password to sign in.

First check your Junk E-mail folder for the “forgot password” email. If the email is not there, try adding info@livelinks.com to your email contacts and generate a new request for forgot password.

Your web account is associated to the email that you have provided when you signed-up. Use this email to request a “forgot password” email. The email is case sensitive, make sure that the email you have entered when you signed-up/registered is the same as the email entered when requesting a new password. (be mindful of the cases)

Check your Junk E-mail folder for the “purchase confirmation” email. You can also confirm your purchase on the “View Order History” in the on-line members section of your Web Account or you can call our call center at 1.800.984.6899 to verify that your purchase went through and minutes had been added to your account.

The link in the email to validate the creation of your Web Account is only valid for 24 hours. You will need to request a new Web Account confirmation link if you get an error message telling you that you do not have an account. This error message refers to your on-line Web Account.

To request for a new confirmation email enter your email and password here. Activate your Web Account at once by clicking on the confirmation link in the email.
