You can now buy a Livelinks membership using your cell phone and have the charge applied to your cell phone bill. It's as easy as sending a text message to Livelinks. The minutes you buy will be available for you to use right away and the charge will appear on your next cell phone bill.
You can buy a Livelinks membership by sending a text message with the word CHAT to 21010. We will reply with a text message containing your membership number, pass code and local Livelinks phone number.
A new membership with 10 minutes of time will cost you $4.99. Each time you add 10 minutes of time to your membership (by sending the word ADD to 21010) you will be charged $4.99. These charges will appear on your cell phone bill or will be deducted from your pre-paid plan. Additional carrier charges may apply; contact your provider for more information.
Most cell phones have a "messaging" feature in the main menu. Select the messaging feature (which might also be called SMS, short message or text message) and type a new message using the keypad. Simply type 21010 in the "To" field and the word "CHAT" as the message. Press or select send. If you're having problems, check your phone manual or the manufacturer's web site. The names of certain functions will differ by cell carrier and model.
You'll receive two messages following purchase, including:
  1. Your total purchases in the last 30 days
  2. Your membership number, passcode, balance, available minutes and local Livelinks number
It depends on how busy your cellular network is. You'll usually receive a response within 20 seconds when you send the word CHAT, ADD or HELP to 21010.
You can reply to the last message you received or send a new text message with the word HELP to 21010. Additionally, you can get help by calling our toll-free, 24-hour customer service team at 1-800-997-9796.
At the moment, we offer Livelinks Cell Phone Billing in the USA for subscribers on the AT&T, Boost, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, Syniverse (through Verisign - mQube), Alltel, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell, Virgin USA (through MxTelecom) networks. In Canada we offer the Bell Mobility, MTS, Virgin Mobile networks.
We currently offer Livelinks Cell Phone Billing in the USA to AT&T, Boost, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, Syniverse (through Verisign - mQube), Alltel, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell, Virgin USA (through MxTelecom) subscribers and in Canada Bell Mobility, MTS, Virgin Mobile subscribers. If you haven't received a reply a few minutes after messaging Livelinks, your carrier may not be participating in Cell Phone Billing yet. Don't worry, though. We're adding carriers all the time.
